A Girls Night Out That Actually Means Something: Candles, Community & Giving Back in Hammock Bay

That is exactly what we are creating on Thursday, September 17th at the Lake Club in Hammock Bay, and our friends across Freeport, Niceville, DeFuniak Springs, and the 30A corridor are invited.
More Than a Craft Night
This is a night out with a heartbeat. We are calling it Fall Fizz & Flame, and it brings together everything we love about community: connection, creativity, and a little bit of celebration.
You will sit down and hand blend your own custom fall candle with Miss Fizzwick, choosing your own scent combination from clean, non-toxic scents and yummy coconut soy wax. There is no wrong way to do it. Some women will chase the cozy, spiced, sweater weather scents. Others will go bright and citrusy. That is the beauty of making your own. It becomes yours.
And because every gathering deserves a little surprise, each guest will also go home with a special surprise gift from Miss Fizzwick, just because you showed up and shared the evening with us.
Sip, Snack, and Stay a While
No proper gathering is complete without something delicious in hand. Guests will enjoy a complimentary Fancy Fizz from Abide, Freeport's beloved coffee spot, crafting fancy, fizzy sodas, with refills available all night for just $2. If you have not experienced the dirty soda craze that has swept across the Emerald Coast, 30A and the surrounding community, this is your invitation.
Pair that with sweet treats from the Sweet Stop, and you have everything you need for an evening that feels indulgent, easy, and completely worth the drive from Niceville, DeFuniak Springs, or wherever you are joining us from.
Candle Making With a Cause
Here is the part that makes this night mean even more. A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to the Shine Forward Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based right here in Freeport, FL.
Shine Forward exists to help women in our community make a fresh start. Through a vetted grant application and award process, the foundation walks alongside women who are ready for a new beginning, whether that means rebuilding after a hard season, starting over, or simply getting the support they need to move forward.
